Mental health has been rising ever more during this CO-VID pandemic and since the lockdowns, there has been an increasing sense of isolation among parents, children, and adults over all the world. As individuals, it’s important we take our power back and learn to cope with the obstacles we are faced with as that is life. We can choose to grow stronger, wiser, and better than ever before. As children, it’s a benefit to learn these major coping skills at an early age. It determines how their future will play out and, with it, our future generations. We have a duty to take healing matters into our own hands and that includes body, mind, and spirit. I will help you with this transformation but you must be willing to put in the work and take that first step. You have nothing to lose but only more to gain.
